Recruitment process

We are committed to delivering a consistent and timely process for all our candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process. There are a number of stages in our selection process:


  • Initial screening - your online application will be reviewed by our recruitment team who will assess your skills and experience to determine a match against the selection criteria. If further information is required, they will contact you. In most circumstances, this will take place within the first 7 - 10 days of receiving your application. However, certain periods and roles may attract a much higher volume of candidates which may result in delay.

  • Interview process - this is a multi-stage process that may include phone interview or Zoom video interview. The number of interviews may vary depending on the role. The final stage will involve an in-depth interview and discussion about technical skills and  motivational fit.

  • Tests - some roles may require the completion of psychometric or skills-based tests.

  • Pre-employment checks - if the interview progresses, the final stage will involve checks including employment references, checking work rights and other checks.

  • Offer - on approval, an offer of employment will be made to you.

  • Onboarding - on joining, suitable onboarding will be provided to welcome you intto the team.
