SENIOR MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES

(RECRUITMENT & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strong relevant experience in Recruitment and Performance Management. 

  • In-depth knowledge of HR service delivery to support the business culture and organization by developing and driving HR strategies, processes and practices.

  • Must also be able to understand the dynamics of the Legal & ISO team.

  • Manage organization competencies through dynamic recruiting, retaining and development strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in conditions of employment, downsizing, transfers, promotions, etc.

  • To develop and coordinate in training procedure, policies and audits.

  • Coordinate and administer staff appraisals and Quarterly and Yearly appraisals.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource / Law or equivalent.

  • MBA would be an added advantage.

  • At least 15 years relevant experience in similar capacity.

  • Strong leadership skills and a self-starter.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.

  • Results oriented and independent.
