SECRETARY
Requirements:
- Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Professional Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in the IT or service industry
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in office administration
- Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines independently will be an added advantage
- Remuneration negotiable and shall commensurate with experience
SALES ADMIN CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity with strong administrative, organisational and analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, trustworthy and able to handle private and confidential matters
- Assist Sales team in overall administrative work, record keeping, customer database updating, monitoring and reporting on current/outstanding sales issues
- Prepare sales quotation, tender/sebutharga documents, other sales documents required for sales team
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for Sales Director
- Handle incoming calls for KL office
- Able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant and mature personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office application
