SECRETARY

Requirements:

  • Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Professional Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in the IT or service industry
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in office administration
  • Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines independently will be an added advantage
  • Remuneration negotiable and shall commensurate with experience

SALES ADMIN CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity with strong administrative, organisational and analytical skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, trustworthy and able to handle private and confidential matters
  • Assist Sales team in overall administrative work, record keeping, customer database updating, monitoring and reporting on current/outstanding sales issues
  • Prepare sales quotation, tender/sebutharga documents, other sales documents required for sales team
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for Sales Director
  • Handle incoming calls for KL office
  • Able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant and mature personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office application
